Psychoeducational Assessments:
Our Psychoeducational Assessments are comprehensive academic evaluations conducted by a Registered Psychologist who is qualified to diagnose Specific Learning Disorders (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia) as well as intellectual disorders. Our assessments provide a thorough understanding of how a student learns, processes information, and accesses academic material. They go beyond identifying challenges to create a clear, detailed learning profile that highlights strengths, needs, and individualized recommendations for support. Once a diagnosis is made, our educational team works collaboratively to develop individualized programming tailored to the student’s needs. We also support families as they navigate the education system, helping them understand results, access appropriate school-based supports, and implement effective strategies at home and in the classroom.
Dyslexia Screening:
Our Dyslexia Screening Service helps identify signs of dyslexia, allowing for interventions that support reading success. Through thorough assessments, we determine each student’s specific needs and provide a detailed report to guide effective strategies and personalized support. Dyslexia Screening can be administered to individuals from pre-Kindergarten into adulthood.
Reading Interventions:
Our Reading Intervention Services provide targeted support for learners of all ages, helping them develop strong reading skills and build confidence. Using evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual, we address gaps in comprehension, fluency, and decoding, empowering students to achieve academic success and a lifelong love of reading.
Writing Interventions:
Our Writing Intervention Services support learners of all ages in developing clear, effective, and confident writing skills. Through personalized, evidence-based strategies, we address challenges in grammar, structure, and expression, empowering students to communicate their ideas successfully and achieve academic growth.
Numeracy Interventions:
Our Numeracy Intervention Services provides individualized instruction tailored to each learner’s unique needs. Through targeted support, we focus on building number sense, problem-solving skills, and a strong foundation in mathematics. Using engaging, evidence-based strategies, we help students develop confidence, accuracy, and independence in a supportive learning environment.
Executive Functioning Program:
Our Executive Functioning program helps children and youth strengthen essential skills such as organization, time management, focus, and self-regulation. Using individualized, practical strategies, we guide learners toward greater independence and confidence in managing both schoolwork and everyday responsibilities.
Virtual Learning:
Our Virtual Learning Services offer flexible, personalized instruction designed to meet students where they are. Through engaging online sessions, we support a variety of subject areas, helping learners build skills, deepen understanding, and stay connected to their learning. Our approach fosters confidence, independence, and success in a supportive and interactive virtual environment.
Home School Support:
Our Homeschool Support Services provide personalized curriculum supplementation and learning plans across all subject areas. Designed to meet each child’s unique needs, we offer expert guidance and resources to strengthen skills, fill learning gaps, and enrich the homeschooling experience.
French Services:
Our French Services provide engaging, personalized support to help learners build confidence and proficiency in the language. We focus on developing skills in reading, writing, and oral communication, using interactive and meaningful activities tailored to each student’s level. Whether strengthening foundational skills or advancing fluency, our supportive approach helps learners communicate effectively and succeed in French.
Customized Services:
As Educational Interventionists, we are experienced in developing individualized programs to meet the specific needs of all learners. This includes, but is not limited to, Assistive Technology programs and customized homework packages. We also have an expertise in developing specific programming to support students demonstrating behavioral issues and dysregulation. Parental Support:
Navigating the school system can sometimes feel complex and difficult to interpret. We offer supportive guidance to help families better understand available pathways, processes, and supports for their child. Our focus is on helping parents feel informed and confident as they engage with their child’s educational journey, while fostering positive and collaborative relationships within the school setting.
Occupational Therapy:
Our Occupational Therapist helps children and youth develop the skills needed for everyday success at home, school, and in the community. Services support areas such as sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, handwriting, attention, coordination, self-care, and independence through individualized, evidence-based, and child-centered approaches.
Speech-Language Pathology:
Our Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services are designed to support children in developing the communication skills they need to succeed at school, at home, and in their everyday interactions. Whether your child needs support with early language development, school-based communication challenges, or social interaction skills, our SLP is committed to helping them grow, connect, and thrive.
