About Blossom Educational Services
Our Story
Blossom Educational Services was founded in 2015 by experienced educators Amy Anderson and Allie Reddy, who came together with a shared vision: to support neurodivergent children in building the skills and confidence needed for a successful transition into school.
Originally established as Blossom Child Development Centre, the organization supported families until 2019, when both founders stepped back to focus on their young families.
In November 2022, Blossom reopened as Blossom Educational Services, expanding its scope to include tutoring, evidence-based academic interventions, dyslexia support, and executive functioning programs designed to strengthen organization, attention, and learning readiness.
With over thirty years of combined experience in the Kindergarten to Grade 12 education system, along with specialized qualifications, Amy and Allie bring deep expertise in supporting all learners, with a specialty in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, and students with specific learning disorders such as dyslexia. Their approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a strong emphasis on early intervention and early identification to ensure students develop the foundational academic skills needed for long-term success.
More recently, Blossom Educational Services has partnered with Flourish Health and Wellness to provide a collaborative model that integrates academic and clinical approaches. This partnership allows for a more holistic level of support, addressing both learning needs and underlying developmental, emotional, and executive functioning challenges to better support each child’s success.
